The folks who brought TRX Suspension Training to Lake Highlands are at it again — this time, with a cutting-edge new program guaranteed to shake up your routine!  Positively Fit Lake Highlands announces the debut session of Tabata BootCamp here in Lake Highlands. 

Tabata BootCamp is a culmination of the very latest research in three realms: exercise science, nutrition, and behavioral change. Fitness guru Mindy Mylrea has put it all together in an exciting new small group training program which combines live workouts led by a personal trainer with online coaching.  For eight weeks, students and instructors work closely together to stop self-defeating behavior patterns and replace them with healthier habits.  Metabolic analysis, homework assignments, recipes, tips, biweekly assessments, and online food tracking add volumes to the live workouts, which focus on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).  In short, Tabata BootCamp is a complete program of small, manageable workouts for those who are serious about losing weight, building/toning muscle, or becoming less sedentary.

Running Sept. 30 - Nov. 21, Tabata BootCamp will be held at McCree Park from 9:15 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. Mondays - Thursdays.
