Plano-based ViewPoint Bank is set to open their newest branch in Lake Highlands at 9625 Audelia Road on Thursday, December 1, and the location will feature two drive-thru lanes and a drive-up ATM. The grand opening for the branch is scheduled for Saturday, December 10.

The grand opening, entitled, "Rockin' Holiday Bash," will go from 9:00 a.m. until noon. There will be holiday crafts for kids and a visit from Santa. Radio Disney will be broadcasting live and will be giving away prizes, including a $500 Disney Store gift card.

Lake Highlands native and current resident Ethan Everett will be the first president of the new branch. Residents of Lake Highlands may recognize Everett as a member of the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands. He has been working in business lending locally since 2006.

We currently serve more than 1,000 households there, and we look forward to serving even more of its residents through our new location."
