Mornings with Mommy hosted their first session in Lake Highlands last Thursday. Twenty-four caregivers and thirty-three children gathered for an hour of fun and learning. The session focused on “Things that Go” and featured stories, songs, activities and art projects that centered on this theme. Mothers enjoyed an opportunity to meet other moms and give their children a unique learning experience that was both high-quality and affordable.

Due to the overwhelming amount of community interest in the program, Mornings with Mommy is adding Friday encore sessions to their schedule. Sessions will now be offered on the second and fourth Thursdays and Fridays of each month. Preregistration is required at www.calvarydallas.org.
