Dallas Piano Academy is gearing up for a summer full of music! In additional to offering private lessons in piano, voice and guitar, they have several camps this summer. 

Intro to Piano Camp is a great way for kids to try out piano lessons in a fun environment and learn a lot too! This camp is full of learning all about music, how to read it, and how to play it as well as how to play it! Students will leave camp knowing how to play beginning songs and will also learn basic technique, rhythm, listening and music reading skills! No music background required, for ages 6 - 10. 

Songwriting Camp is a fun, creative camp designed to inspire and equip music students to compose their own songs!  Students will leave camp knowing how to make a piece of music reflect its title, use motives, organize a piece using a form, and much more.  This camp is full of music listening, music making, and music composing. For music students ages 6 - 10. 

Musical Theatre Camp will give students a chance to sing, dance and act out scenes from favorite Broadway musicals and will include workshops on artistic development and theatrical performance. No music background required, for ages 8 - 12.
