My name is Mike Ellis. I have been a Lake Highlands resident for thirty-seven years, raised three children here and am a local music instructor in the Lake Highlands area. My music instruction business, Mike Ellis Music Instruction, has been featured in the Lake Highlands Advocate Magazine.

I have a private teaching studio that I opened in 2006, just north of LBJ on Skillman, 9450 Skillman, Suite 101, Dallas, 75243. I teach private lessons on piano, guitar, bass guitar and banjo. My studio has a large, comfortable waiting area for family or friends, a teaching area for the student and teacher only, with a window for viewing the student any time during the lessons. My mission is to help parents and children realize that they can enjoy music more by learning to play it.
