The Exchange Club of Lake Highlands has decided to put the Lake Highlands Town Center land to good use by throwing an Oktoberfest party on October 1 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. While the party will, of course, have beer, there are also plenty of family-oriented fun and games planned, so parents with kids don't have to be too worried.
