The building had been leased for medical use. Dallas Services will relocate its Vision Clinic and administration offices from its current location at 4242 Office Parkway. Terms were not disclosed, but Frost Bank provided the financing for the transaction.

According to Dr. Thomas Turnage, executive director of Dallas Services, “The new building will allow us to expand the number of children attending our Dallas Day School at the Office Parkway building and have a larger Vision Clinic at the new La Sierra location. We will be able to serve more families at both locations.”

According to Eliza Solender, “The property is both the ideal size and location for Dallas Services to serve more people. It is strategically located near Presbyterian Hospital with a DART rail station within easy walking distance.”
