If you’re wondering what it’s like to be a real Lake Highlands Elementary Wildcat here’s your opportunity.  The Wee Wildcat program is designed for 3 and 4 year old neighborhood children and their parents to come and experience the “Wildcat Way” while actually learning in the classrooms.  There will be three sessions that will take place on January 20th at 9:15, 2nd February 17th at 9:30, and May 4th at 9:30). These sessions introduce future students to Lake Highlands Elementary and get them acquainted with the “big school.” Sessions will include activities in Art, Math, Music, PE, Reading and Science.  In addition, there is a graduation session held on May 25th at 9:30. Please encourage your friends and neighbors to be a Wee Wildcat!  For more info contact the school office at 469-593-2100 or Amy Chester - LHE Early Childhood Liaison at 214-728-1554.
