The City of Dallas has scheduled a Neighborhood Public Hearing at the Audelia Road Library on Thursday, January 12 to give the residents of Lake Highlands a chance to express their thoughts on a possible plan for the Lake Highlands Town Center. The city has applied for a community development block grant that will help fund parking infrastructure at the town center, which will hopefully be enough incentive to attract a grocery anchor.
