The return of spring also means the return of the White Rock Local Market at White Rock Lake. For those whom have never been, White Rock Local Market is a non-profit, independent farmers market that offers a public space for local farmers, ranchers and artisans to sell their products directly to the residents of East Dallas.

White Rock Local Market goes on twice month - on the second and fourth Saturday - and is hosted at The Green Spot Market and Fuels. For those looking for arts and crafts to go along with their fresh produce, the second Saturday would be the day to go. On the fourth Saturday, the only merchants will be farmers and gardeners.
