On November 20, the 6th grade students at Highlander School along with the LH Military Moms packed boxes filled with goodies and supplies to be shipped to Lake Highlands residents who are currently serving in the armed forces. Highlander families donated enough items to fill 53 boxes. This has become a favorite service project each year for the 6th grade class and the whole school gets involved to show our support for the military families during the holidays.
