Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie’s favorite month is February for two reasons: birthday celebrations and Valentine’s Day. With a name meaning “kiss, kiss” or “lots of love” in French, Bisous Bisous shines in bringing the heart (and stomach!) joy through divine French pastries and sweets.
On Saturday, February 6th, Bisous will be celebrating its sixth birthday by offering customers one free birthday macaron and freshly brewed coffee from Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters (available with purchase). Birthday cruffins—complete with confetti and sprinkles will also be available to purchase all month long.
Red, pink, and everything sweet is February’s anthem at Bisous. Throughout the month, expect red and pink cookies shaped like hearts, lips, and XO’s; passion fruit tarts; white chocolate strawberry cream puffs, and heart-shaped brownies. Heart-shaped French macarons will be available in three holiday flavors – Red Velvet, Mexican Chocolate and Chocolate Strawberry – and available in a six-piece box for $18. Prized heart-shaped Red Velvet drip cakes will also be available as an exclusive on Valentine’s Day (pre-order required by Feb. 11th).
Founded in 2015, Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie specializes in a large variety of French-style pastries made from scratch daily utilizing the finest ingredients, including its signature French Macarons, cruffins, croissants, tarts, éclairs, and custom-made cakes. A rotating selection of delectable offerings feature seasonally inspired flavors, and the full coffee and espresso bar utilizes a custom blend of beans from Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters. Bisous Bisous also offers culinary classes, mobile sales opportunities with its Rendezvous food truck and an off-site kitchen for wholesale business. The store is open for business, limited to one healthy person at a time. Bisous’ store hours are Monday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 3pm.
