The countdown is less than a week until Friday, August 30, when Lake Highlands football takes on Mesquite at the first home Varsity game and celebrates the event with the 20th Annual LH Tailgate Party.
Tailgate begins at 5:30 p.m. in the Wildcat/Ram Stadium’s home side parking lot at the corner of Church and White Rock Trail. Lake Highlands Cheerleaders, Highlandettes, the Wranglers, and the Drum Line will be Tailgate entertainment.
Entry to this event is free and traditional tailgate foods of hotdogs, chips, and water will be served. Three food tickets can be purchased for $5 onsite, and those 3 tickets can be used for any combination of the three items provided (hotdog, chips, water). Kona Ice will be available for purchase.
This game is our Varsity “Red Out” game. Wildcat fans can show their support by wearing their “Red Out” t-shirts donated by Herb’s Paint and Body currently sold for $12 each.
