Dogs in Vests Embarks on Speaking Engagement at Local School and Community Events

The Dogs in Vests team has launched a speaking campaign to introduce their owner trained Novacek 84 Labradoodles that serve various medical and service duties. The Dogs in Vests team is regularly seen speaking in local bookstores promoting their book Dogs in Vests (where all proceeds serve to pay for the life of Mazie, a labradoodle that was owner trained alongside one of Park Cities best dog trainers, to detect low blood sugar in a child struggling with various health ailments.) The Dogs in vests team recently took on a local Junior High School, presenting to multiple classes over the course of an entire day, sharing different components of their journey with Captain and Stella (both are owner trained Novacek 84 Labradoodles) as well as the life changing emotional connectivity involved. Students and teachers alike have responded extremely well and the team has since been asked to speak at a local High School during Mental Health Awareness week, and additionally, to parents and students about the role of an Emotional Support animal in the life of Victor, team member lead and co-author of Dogs in Vests.

Our team wants to encourage you to learn more about Dogs in Vests, watch the Documentary (written, filmed, edited, and produced by the team and local kids for collegiate resume material) and witness a transformation that will warm your hearts at www.dogsinvests.com. Families and people of all ages are sharing the Dogs in Vests mission on social media and new outlets around DFW. As the Dogs in Vests team continues to appear in the community (as far outside of DFW as Kemp, Austin, Virginia, Beaver Creek, Lake Tahoe, etc.) they are spreading awareness and bringing smiles all over the map. You can help the raise funds and awareness by purchasing the Dogs in Vests book through their website. All proceeds pay for the life and care of Mazie so the Ladewig family can enjoy the dog without fear of financial distress. Their dream is to raise enough money to care for the lives of owner trained service dogs for many more families in need. They've stated that they are always available for inquiries and support. Please write or call us with any questions about our process and journey!
