Live Nativity at Episcopal Church of the Ascension Dec. 21 & 22
Lake Highlands Neighborhood Church Hosts Live Nativity performances with Petting Zoo, Live Music, Caroling and Hot Chocolate
DALLAS – Dec. 14, 2012 – Episcopal Church of the Ascension, located in Lake Highlands, invites everyone of all ages to participate and watch its Live Nativity performances on Friday, Dec. 21 and Saturday, Dec. 22 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. each night. The Nativity performances will occur every 45 minutes starting at 5:00 p.m.
Ascension has hosted the Live Nativity for two years and will again have a petting zoo, caroling, live music and hot chocolate. Live music will entertain the audience between each Live Nativity performance.
The Live Nativity will take place on the front lawn of the church which is located at 8787 Greenville Ave., north of Royal Lane and next to Fire Station 28. Parking will be available in the church parking lot.

About Episcopal Church of the Ascension:
Founded in 1958, the Episcopal Church of the Ascension is a parish of the Episcopal Diocese of Dallas, and therefore, part of the worldwide Anglican Communion. We worship according to the Book of Common Prayer. We are a Eucharistically centered body (meaning that our primary service of worship is the Holy Eucharist or the Lord's Supper - Communion). We study God's word, the Holy Scripture, and we preach Christ and him crucified. The Eucharist is celebrated on Saturday at 6:00pm, Sunday mornings at 8:00am and 10:15am.
