Last Friday, on February 13th, Bryan Adams High School decided to celebrate Valentine's Day in a non-traditional way. This day, now deemed "B.A. Love Day" was used to create awareness about self-harm, depression, and addiction. The concept was inspired by the long standing nonprofit organization: To Write Love on Her Arms.

Seeing that TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, and inspire, all Bryan Adams staff and students were given a sticker to wear on last Friday to show their support of the cause. "Many times we all get caught up in what gifts we receive on Valentine's Day without celebrating the greatest gift we all have everyday: life," shared Bryan Adams Community Liaison, Shelby Lott. "'B.A. Love Day' is to show students that love first begins with yourself."
