- Recreation Centers and Administrative Office - Closed
- Municipal Golf Cources - Open
- Tennis Centers & Elm Fork Shooting Range - Closed (November 25)
Aniimal Services
- Administration Offices - Closed
- Animal Shelter - Closed for Thanksgiving; reopens on Friday (Noon - 5:00 p.m.)
- Animal Service Officers will be available to answer priority emergency calls
3-1-1 Customer Help Line
- Customer Service Representatives will be available to take service-related urgent calls
- Water Customer Service - Closed
Police
- Administrative Offices - Closed

Dallas Fire Rescue

Municipal Courts - Closed
Sanitation
- No garbage, recycling or brush/bulk trash collection on Thanksgiving
- Thursday customers should play trash/recycle out for collection on Wednesday
