First of it's kind Movement & Recovery studio in the Casa Linda Plaza to help those who aren't moving enough to move and for those already moving to help them move better. I offer two 30 minute, small group, instructor lead classes using the best two products in the industry. It's the complete opposite of the intense effort facilities like boot camp, Cross Fit and Orange Theory. The focus of the classes are circulation, mobility, activation and recovery with 3D movements. It's a clean, warm, inviting spot to make daily movement more of a habit rather than a chore.
